Solution
Implementation Details
To address these challenges, we implemented the following systems in the sealing process.
Introduction of High-Reproducibility Dispenser
We adopted a high-reproducibility dispenser that achieves stable dispensing accuracy. This stabilized sealant dispensing and improved process reproducibility.
Sealing Condition Management
We introduced functionality for centralized management of dispensing conditions. This achieved condition standardization and simplified reconfiguration.
Dispensing Data Logging Function
We built a system that automatically saves dispensing data. This established a management system capable of tracking process history.
